Need a little break? Need some “Girl Time”? Need to laugh? Then you’ll enjoy our “Soul Sisters”. All ladies, ages college and up, are welcome to join in on the fun!
“Soul Sisters”
We meet once a month. Some Monday evenings and some Saturday mornings. Childcare is provided for those who need it. We play games, have movie nights, meet for breakfast at a local restaurant, enjoy an ornament exchange, and walk around the city lake, just to name a few of our activities.
Women’s Prayer Meeting
As women, we gather to pray specifically for the needs of the church body and our families and friends every Tuesday at 7pm at the church.
Father’s Day Breakfast
Every Father’s Day, the women of the church put together a hearty breakfast for the dads.
Baby Showers
Everyone gets excited for a new baby! The ladies at LBT celebrate new life with a Baby Shower for church members. Homemade gifts, diapers, clothes, and the such are helpful to the new parents. As the body of Christ we use this time to encourage the family.
